My name is Nick a Personal trainer catering for the Inner west of Sydney for face to face Training and anywhere for On-line Training.
There is nothing I love more than helping people just like you achieve your health and fitness goals. That's why I have dedicated the past 25years of my professional career to making sure you get the benefit of my expertise ,so you can be the best version of you.
What am I like as a Trainer? My clients say that I am extremely motivated, 100% committed, completely focused and upbeat. I think its because I care deeply about them and I want to make sure that they get the results they want.
You are unique. Whether you want strength, increase flexibility, lose weight or rehabilitate an injury , I can help you get started with a effective program tailored to your specific needs and abilities. I can also guide you with nutrition and lifestyle coaching so you get the complete package.
Not able to train with me in person? Flexibility and convenience are important. I can accommodate your busy schedule with the same effective tailored program online by utilising my personal APP.
